i´m absolutely newbie in cakewalk home studio, but i know record, play etc. well i´m trying to record a music, but when i hear it, it sounds so amateur, so poor, i´dont know... my sound card is another crap: c-media 8738 i think, and i´m recording like this:

guitar-->zoom505-->amp-->microphone-in

is it would sound better if i do this???
