Message:OK, whoever read this post here is one solution that worked fine for me:
note: I have WXP, 192MGs ram, 1Ghz clock and SONAR.It seems that the problem sonar has with midi latency is with the midi port itself and you could see that on midiox for example that didnīt happen. So I got this virtual midi port program that let you conect any midi in/out with any of these virtual ports, (there is also a NT version that works with XP) So I conected my midi in into midiox and then the midiox output as one of the virtual ports, then in sonar the input is the same virtual port. This way I donīt have to rip my hairs of again becouse of midi latency.
