If you want to play more instrument in the same time is very simple but you have to disable your keyboard instrument (many keyboard have the function "Local" and you have to set it in off. Now your keyboard doesn't play her sound, but your pc's sound (it depends the track you armed).
You can 1. record one track and than duplicate (it's very easy) or 2. record more track in the same (you must have Sonar 2.0 or better or Home Studio 2004).
