Message:Neither Home Studio 2002 nor Sonar recognize any midi output (Options/Midi devices and, yes, I have run the profiler under options/audio), which should be "Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth" as it is listed as the "preferred device" in "Midi Music Playback" in "Sounds and Multimedia Properties" within Control Panel.
I'm using W2k, have on-board sound (SoundMax) with the latest drivers. Other midi programs work just fine.
Please help!
