sonar 5 and midi devices
On sonar 5 when I choose OPTIONS AND MIDI DEVICES --microsoft GS WAVETABLE SW SYNTH does not appear on the drop down menue. I need this or else I get no sound
The choices are midi mapper or creative soundblaster mpu-401 and with these I get no sound from the computer
Any help would be appreciated.

I had a solton MS40 and used cakewalk pro audio 9 to fix any problems in midifiles such as changing instuments entering sustain and reverb ect. Since I changed to a Ketron XD3 I no longer can change anything with cakewalk pro audio 9

I am using cakewalk pro audio 9 and in certain midifiles I can not change the patch or the volumes. The change shows on cakewalk but does not actually happen ie the sound and volume stays the same
