Hi ... I'm an old school fart who has been nothing but satisfied with Cakewalk since its early inception. Curious to know if it will run (PA9) under XP as I am soon to break down and install XP.

midi works fine until I start cakewalk?
I have a Roland RS-9 synth. I have a Roland MPU-IPC that is in an ISA slot in my PIII 667. When local control is turned off on the synth and Windows 98 is started the midi interface works fine...both In and Out. As soon as I fire up Cakewalk Pro Audio 8 I lose midi input even though I have the MPU-4...
