Well to find out the soundcard your using go to Control Panel and then Device Manager or something similar to that I think. See where your audio card is listed and see what type it is. Not at home right now so I might've left out a couple of steps or something..if you still cant find it I'll check a...

Audio,Envelopes, and Bouncing to Track
I'm having a problem bouncing to track, audio tracks with envelopes.. I'm using Sonar 2.0 and am not sure what to do..I like to add panning envelopes to a lot of my audio tracks and converting the midi tracks to them but when I try to bounce to track to export the song as a wav or mp3..the final tra...

On all this talk about .wav samples and such..I was wondering if Cakewalk Kinetic might work? I know it has ReWire and would work well w/ Sonar but I was wondering if anyone here knows if its more like...techno in mind or if its all-around.. I couldn't find an actual Roland forum..surprisingly enough the site doesn't even have one I dont think. So I was wondering for any Roland users out there. I am converting my Midi tracks to audio and am having trouble...I recorded my drum track once and it fir the rest of my tracks perfectly. Well I've been doing my whole song using midi and stuff...Then when I want to I convert each track to an audio track by arming an empty audio track, and playing the midi tracks I want recorded together.....I'm very novice with audio and right now just use it to get stuff on my mp3 player and on anot...

Midi to audio Panning
Okay um, this is gonna be like super beginner sounding but here we go......I've been working slightly more seriously with audio (even though I still record MIDI and convert my tracks afterwards) and I need to know. I have my midi tracks laid out in Sonar 2 and I have each track panned a certain way....
