Looks like youve set everything ok.

If you want to record vocals while playing back MIDI you'll need a pair of headphones so the mic doesnt pick up MIDI playback. But youll also need to select recording properties to pick up MIDI only. Assuming you can hear the MIDI track play create an Audio Track arm the track using the REC button, turn off the metronome if required then press R to record. MIDI files will play and will record in the audio track assuming youve selected the correct port and your Windows Mixer settings are correct ...
