Missing audio data
You deleted it i'm afraid. All audio is kept by default in Cakewalk Projects/Audio Data, but in order to better organize you should choose to put audio from each project in its own folder. It makes cleaning and keeping track of everything much easier. I'm not sure what version of Sonar you have, but in Sonar 3 P.E. you go to
options
global
audio data
then select 'use-per-project audio folders'
It will then create a folder wherever you save the usual cakewalk file.
That way you wont delete stuff by accident.
