Hallo!
I use Cakewalk Pro Audio 8 with an EDIROL UA-25 midi/audio interface. I'm having some problems when processing 24-bit wave tracks with cakewalk effects, e.g. with delay. After setting the delay time and the other parameters, when I click "OK" an error message appears relating to some a .DLL file and I have to restart the cw. If I don't process in place the track, i.e., I send the effect to a different track, such error message doesn't appear but the processed track is full of noises that sound like electric discharges.
Another problem occurs when combining two overlapped wave tracks. The amplitude of the signal rises 1000%. The same problem occurs when using groove quantize with 24-bit wave tracks.
The above problems don't occur when processing 16-bit wave tracks.
Can you help me solve the problem?
Thanks a lot!!
