I use my PSR 3000 with Cakewalk Audio Pro 9.0.
My problem is, I downloaded instrument definition for my PSR, and it use patch number from 0-127, while PSR use 1-128.
How do I fix this?

Edit the file, I think it's just a simple text file

That is correct. Right click the Ins file and Open with Notepad. You will then be able to edit the file.

It seems strange that the Ins file is wrong. People who write these files alsdo use them themselves. Try downloading another one from somewhere else and see if it's the same.
