upgrade from the bottom for an OLD timer

Postby DAWG » Fri Mar 11, 2005 7:13 pm

so, i have had CAKEWALK Professional for years 4.5/5.0 and never did get it upgraded so i could used it on XP -

now i would like to upgrade and get the ability to RECORD - 16 trax should be fine for my purposes - MAYbe 32, HOWEVER -

i would ALSO like to have the ability to print charts, notes and chord symbols, lyrics, etc, like i did with professional -

so, does anyone know where to go next - it looks like home studio does a good job of recording...

thanks for any help kids!

These days you can get Sonar 3 or 4 studio edition for just a little more than HS.

Remember to take into account what you might need in the future.
