Lets swap a file

Hello all,
I am new to this web site and trying to learn how to make this Sonar work. I am running windows 98 on a 333 mhz machine with 256 mb ram. So far all is working but I do have to make sure that nothing else is running in the backround.
I have hooked up to my Roland TD-10 sound module. For those of you who are not sure what that is, it is an electronic drum kit and sound module.Rolands Session Kit.
What I am looking for is someone that plays guitar to lay down a simple 3 min track so I can learn how to swap the files. I will convert to mp3 and we will have to e-mail back and forth. It is real easy to do through yahoo messenger I think. If you want I will lay down a simple drum track with click for you.
If this is something you would be interested in, let me know. Just want to keep it simple so I can learn how to work Sonar.
Thanks all
