I have recently installed Cakewalk Home Studio 2002. I installed it on a computer using Windows 98se, a AMD Duron 800Mhz processor, DirectX 9c, and 256MB of memory. The program installed OK, and I can use it, to the best of my knowledge. My problem is after opening the Cakewalk program and closing it, when I turn off computer I get a fatal exception (A Fatal Exception 0D has occurred at 0028:C0001FCE in VXD VMM(01) + 00000FCE.) This does not happen if I don't open the Cakewalk program. Help and advice appreciated. Foz

Found my problem, my CMOS was not set correctly. Changed several things according to motherboard's manual and all worked good. Thanks Foz
