can not export

i don't know what the problem is but i can not export my work! can somebody please help me? all the other things work fine! but the export audio is not clickable but the import audio is! thanks!

Insert an audio track to record your MIDI tracks onto.
Arm it, then record.
Then select the audio track youve recorded to ONLY.
You shoul be able to select export from the file menu.
