where's the instruments?

I'm a bit confused. I'm a former Fruity Loops user.....and "FL's" has ton's of instruments. Why can't I find any instruments in Cakewalk. Do I have to upload the intruments?
As far as I know, Cakewalk comes with, I beleive, 9 instruments. Mainly Roland and Yamaha. I also think you can go to the Download area on the CW Web site and get more, such as Alesis, and others.
