Sonar Producer, bass Guitar and Sound Blaster card

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the Sound blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty card works well with Sonar about Latency??
I'd Like to play in the card with a bass guitar and have the effects in direct , without any delay,
does it possible??
