Converting midi tracks to audio for burning to CD

Postby bjrhomer » Sat Aug 25, 2007 2:31 pm

I have no problem with Sonar6XL recording midi and playing back through my Roland FX7 digital piano. But having read the manual and the Focal Easy Guide to Cakewalk Sonar, still can't turn the midi track into an audio one on my Sony VA10 which has a Raltek HD audio sound card.

I have tried using the Cakewalk TTS-1 soft sync -which will play the midi on the laptop soundcard, but I still can't get it to write the output to an audio track.

Any suggestions welcome.

THere must be a simple way of doing this
