Recording Audio using cakewalk express! Is it Possible?

I'm trying everything humaly possible to record my voice with music I've produced. I've tried changing different ports, using Sound Forge(Which records but not with the music!) Can anyone advise me what I'm to how I can accomplish this?

Can you please describe your system and equipment? It should not be a problem.

I don't really have any other equipement except a Yamaha Keyboard and a general mic. I have been able to record my voice onto wave studio, but have been unsuccessful in recording the vocals and music together.
