I have Home Studio 2004. When I am recording a new track I sometimes hear distortion and delay. This occurs on previously recorded MIDI and digital tracks. I am using the M-Audio Omni-Studio ASIO?

Any thoughts?

is your windows mixer in record "what you hear" mode?.if so,kill that,also....does the omni have WDM drivers? if so try that,they seem to work better in cake!......also remember to run your wave profiler after you make the change...hope this helps......later
