Cakewalk stalling on startup

when I start Cakewalk it wants to browse folders for wavedata directory and wont start hoe do I fix this?
Create a folder in your Cakewalk folder for Audio data and another for picture cache.
Go to Options > Global > Audio Data and enter the paths to those folders in the boxes there.
Even if there is no wave data there the program should start.
