I´m sorry, this is probably very basic question here, but I couldn´t
fin the question. I´m complitely newbie with this program.

The problem is:

I can record tracks, but I can´t hear them while I´m playng to
next channel. Is this maybe sound card issue? I have simple
C-Media 8738 card in my computer and I´m not sure if it´s
full duplex. Or is there something I can´t figure out?

What is selected for your playback port?

I´m not sure what you mean, but I think it must be C-Media Audio Playback
(1400). That´s also playback driver.
