When I insert new audio track into the project Im working on and begin to record, without even beginning to play, it records all the other recorded tracks of this project onto this new one. I must have changed something when I was going thru the tutorial.
This is very frustrating ....Help...!

This could be down to the soundcard settings. Check the recording properties in the soundcard mixer and make sure only the source you are recording from is selected and not Wave or 'What U Hear'.
