ok guys..im interested in buying a program to record my music..i play guitar..i want to be able to have the sound of a whole band..i dont know what kind of program or equipment im going to need..help a fellow musician out..it will be greatly appreciated...thanks

I would say get Cakewalk Guitar Tracks or Home STudio. You should probably pick up some sort of midi keyboard and a midi interface along with a book (I reccomend Paul Lehrher's Midi For The Professional.

Get that stuff and ask lots of questions!
