audio and midi out of sync in bundle files.

When I make a bundle file of audio and midi tracks they are out of sync when played back on a different computer. They are orginally perfectly in sync. Whether I go from my notebook to the desktop computer, or vice versa, they are out of sync if played back on the other computer. What causes this and how is it remedied?
