midi and audio tracks out of sync on different pc's

Whenever I open any of my Sonar 4 project files on a pc other than the one on which I did the recording the midi tracks are always out of sync with the audio tracks. Is there a solution to this?

Check the sample rates. Also check to see what is being used as the master timing clock.
