Compression available in Cakewalk Express?

Postby KirkChukalas » Mon Feb 16, 2004 12:50 am

Hello,

I am trying to edit some wav files in cakewalk express. I got this program free. I was wondering if there is a way to compress/edit wav files in cakewalk.... vst plug ins? I am very new to this... Is what I'm trying to do for free going to work?
Basically I am editing vocals in a song.

If it supports directx.vst there are tons of plugs availible to do pretty much anything. Cakewalk makes the FX1,2 and 3 bundles. Sonalikis makes the eq/comp package (which is unbelieveable) for about 329.00

Good Luck!
