NO SOUND - HELP!

Help...I recently set up Cakewalk into my computer and I have no sound whatsoever. Regular computer sound still works, but nothing from cakewalk. I have a "SigmaTelAudio" sound driver and it says it wont work. So, what do I do? Thanks, eRic.
