Loop Record- Takes in Separate Tracks looses track settings?

When using Loop Recording on a track, with the option "Store Takes in Separate Tracks", I would like the "Separate Tracks" to contain the same Midi-Effects as their parent track. Is that possible? Whenever I do it, it looses whatever settings I had in the original track. (such as the quantize fx).
