SI Drum kit Problem HELP

I am having a big problem with my Music Creator 5. I am trying to use the session drummer. I pull up the SI drum kit and it works as far as auditioning kits and programs. However, I can not get the drag and drop to work. I have been unable to drag and drop to the grid that stores your styles nor can I drag and drop a selected clip or program to a track in music creator. In short I need to know how to fix or reset the kit to get the drag and drop feature working. HELP!!!!
