non-synchronized midi recording problem

i had this problem...
Everything was good but when i recorded MIDI, there was totally non-synchronized track. No latency but some randomization sometimes first note was choped
It is new computer. After whole day of fighting with problem i have found way out. There was set in bios for FSB spread spectrum modulated 0.50% from board-producer
i have set it to disabled and.... synchronization is in order now.
There was many questions about this problem on the internet but no solving of the problem. Maybe it will helps you...
