I can record a successful first vocal track, but in order to harmonize with the track I listen to it while I record the second track. But... the first track is bleeding into the recording of the second track. Don't even ask me what happens to the third track.

I have tried all of the record options without success. Somebody help the girl.

Hard to say not knowing your set up and how you are using it. Give us an idea of what you are doing and what with, and we might be able to hazard a guess or two :D

Right... it was late. I'm using Compaq Presario 3000 with a soundmax soundcard, Sonar 2.2, Mackie board, 260 gig eternal hard drive for memory, JV1080, Windows XP. Audio sounds great, but my pc is layering the first track WITH the second track. Thank you so much.

I still have bleed through, but I noticed if I turn the volume way down on the track, I can hear it really well in my headphones, but it is barely audible on the NEW VOCAL track. Whew!

Now... can anyone tell my why my reverb went out on my Mackie DFX-12 mixer???? Sheesh! If it's not one thing, it's another.
