how to convert cakewalk bundal files or normal files to mp3?

ok i just got sonar 4 producer editon and ive made 2 songs so far but i have one problem. i cant put the songs on myspace cause i cant convert them to mp3s. ive tryed using mp3 converters but when i browse and look for the file its not in the folder ive saved it in!!! please help i know theres a way to do it i just cant figure out how!!!... so if anyone has made a song on sonar, saved it as an mp3 or converted it, and then uploaded it on myspace please reply and tell me how!!! thanks

You will have to "export" your project file as a stereo wave file before you can convert it to mp3.

Yes you can first convert them to Wave and then use a separate software to convert the wave to MP3. Alternatively, if you use Sonar, you can purchase a patch from the Cakewalk website that'll allow you to export directly to MP3. I think the cost is $20. It is a shame that they don't include it when they charge over $500 for the software. :?
