don't recognise microsoft gs wavetable sw synth... why???

Hy !
I have a problem with my sonar producer edition 4!!! i can't hear any sound!!! and in menu at midi device settings doesn't apeare like in cakewalk pro 9.03 that 3 midi device (mpu-401..., midi mapper and MICROSOFT GS WAVETABLE).It doesn't apeare the last one... What should i do? please help me quickly!!!
