Floating windows in LE ?

I have just obtained LE as part of the Edirol UA25 package (nice unit btw).
I want to be able to place the console/mixer and the big time display on my 2nd monitor to free up the track view.
I can't find any references to floating windows or the like on menus or the help files - can anyone shine some light on this ?
