Sonar 4 - Audio Problems (Run/stop the audio engine)

Postby Thelliott » Wed Sep 24, 2008 11:03 pm

Hi. I'm new to this forum business so I apologise if this question has already been answered previously.

Thing is I've been trying to get my head around Sonar 4 and been doing really well. Recorded a few songs. Jobs a good one.
On going back to previous recordings now when I play them nothing is heard. I've made sure the track isn't muted, or that any other track isn't on solo. Midi sounds still come through as the drum beat I added still plays. There is even no movement on the volume levels for the tracks.

Another strange thing is the recording button for each track has disappeared too. I'm just left with mute and solo. In addition to this at the top every time I press play the 'run/stop the audio engine' button highlights its self no matter how many times I reset it.

I'm so stumped, and could really do with any theories. I know I've prattled on, but I wanted to include as much information as possible.

Thank you
Thelliott
