I'm using Sonar Home Studio 6XL. I have an audio track of bass guitar that consists of all eighth notes at 130 bps. However, some are not correctly in tempo; they are audibly off the beat. But most are on the beat. What is the best way to align separate notes in an audio track to the tempo?

THANKS for the help!!! :P

I should have mentioned that I tried doing it using clips and nudge. But I can't define a clip as small as an eigth note. And I had some trouble nudging clips so that they sounded seamless when put next to each other.
Thanks!

So far I found out how to define a clip, use the nudge command, and execute crossfades between clips. Pretty complex to do it well, but seems like it will be worth it when I get better at it. It helps to be zoomed in enough to see the waveform and try to match the wave.
