track folders / view bookmarks

in sonar 3 is it possible to:
EITHER have folder tracks of some type (as in steinberg products)
OR have different 'bookmarks' or 'track view settings' so that you can hide all but 10 drum tracks, then save the view, then recall this view later to edit only drums? i know you can select these tracks then press H, but i was looking for a solution with some sort of bookmarking system.
any ideas?
also, is there a way to make the generic control surface of sonar not use the 'soft latch' idea...so that it will respond to changes immediately, not only after the value received has passed the current value?
