Is the order of effects important in Sonar effects pane?

I used to use Fl Studio and the order of effects (vertically from top to bottom) affected the final result. Similar to the Px-64 Percussion Strip plugin the order of the components in the Routing section is important.

Is this applicable to Sonar X3 in the effects pane?
