DO I NEED A SOUNCARD

I HAVE THE SOUNDCARD THE COMPUTER HAS WHEN DELL SENT IT TO ME WOULD IT BE BETTER IF I GOT ANOTHER 1 AND WAT KIND SHOULD I GET AND WATS THE DIFFERENCE THANK U
If you are just starting out then just use the one built in to the computer. It should have a line in/mic socket and speaker sockets. It should also have a gameport which can be used to connect a midi controller keyboard.
It won't be great quality and it will have it's drawbacks, as you will learn but it would be better to learn with and then when you know whether you are going to carry on then get a better quality audio card.
Don't be tempted to go half measures because you will sonn be disappointed with ti.
