FW1884 transport issues

hmm, the faders work but the transport and scroll wheel don't 
Sonarv3.x.x (latest) Tascam v1.10a drivers, Tascam Sonar v1.10 control surface "plugin", Hotfix installed, WinXP home, blah blah.. Tried ASIO, WDM drivers, followed Sonar.pdf instructions...
