When I insert new audio track into the project Im working on and begin to record, without even beginning to play, it records all the other recorded tracks of this project onto this new one. I must have changed something when I was going thru the tutorial.
This is very frustrating ....Help...!

sounds like you may be using a port as a playback and record source. Also - if you are monitoring on an external console, make sure you are not bussing your monitor to your send.
