Sonar Crashed on TASCAM US 224

I have Sonar 3.1.1 and it's been crashing at starting up of the program. Anyone have any idea why? I did update the driver for the 224 to version 3.24. I uninstalled Sonar and reinstalled and updated to 3.1.1. It still does the same thing. Please help!!!
