Cakewalk and m- Audio card and no sound

Hi,
Anyone can help?
Sound come s through Mediaplayer via the card but no sound when using Cakewalk H/Studio. The Control Panel shows life but nothing comes through speakers. M-Audiodistibutors couldn't solve it. ANy ideas as am getting very frustrated!!
