Help please. Sonar 4 and SB AUdigy 2 problems...

This is extremely aggravating. I was using my old system with a SB LIve with no problems at all. Anyway, I upgraded to a new computer with Windows XP Pro, SB Audigy 2 sound card, Klipsch 5.1 Ultra Speakers, 3.4 ghz Pentium Processor With HT tech.
I attempt to import a wav file into track and that works fine. When I attempt to record a vocal track on track 2 however, it records what was on track one. Now, I have dug through all the posts here for Track bleeding problems and what not.
I understand that I am supposed to have the input channels opposite of each other. However, my selection it gives me for my inputs is wierd.
I have 3 choices: Left SB Audigy 2 Audio
Right SB Audigy 2 Audio
Stereo SB Audigy 2 Audio
Then for outputs, it gives me the choices of:
SB Audigy 2 Audio (DCC0) 1/2
SB Audigy 2 Audio (DCC0) 3/4
SB Audigy 2 Audio (DCC0) 5/6
SB Audigy 2 Audio (DCC0) 7/8
I have tried seemingly every possible combination I can think of. I have made double sure that I have the proper source selected in the SB mixer and that the record level is up. No matter what I do, I record the previous sound from track 1 into track 2. A memeber in our band has cakewalk Pro 9 and we tried that and it does the same dambned thing.
Can someone please help me out with this freaking problem? I never had ANY problems with a sill SB Live and highly inferior computer rig. What the heck gives??
