Track Cut Off Problem

I'm fairly new to Sonar and I've been using it to transfer my old cassettes to digital. I create each new session using the Stereo Mastering 1 template and then just record my audio. When I check the audio after I finish, the end of the track is cutoff in the Wave Pane. However when I check the actual audio data, the track is complete. Why is this?
