Roland Groovesynth failed to initialize

When attempting to insert the Roland Groovesynth into a Sonar 5 Prod. project, I get an error saying the it failed to initialize and that it may not be installed properly. I have uninstalled and scrubbed all references from registry then reinstalled with the same issue. I installed it on my laptop and it came up fine, so I know it's not my media. I have re-registered the .dll file, but still no good. I'm out of options. Has anybody run into this problem and found a resolution?
