Sonar 4 weird recording speed

Guys, this may sound a newibie question (and it is) but I don't know why it is happening.
When I try to record something with my external USB microphone (Logitech) everything is recorded in "high"speed. When playing it it sounds like a cartoon so fast it is. Weirdly it does not happen when I'm recording with my laptop microphone.
Does anyone know how can I have audio 1 and 2 recording at NORMAL speed????? I was planning to do it to have one microphone in the laptop and another far from it, both doing some recording during a debate but so far 1 is ok and the other is too fast....
