M-Audio Revolution Compatability???

Has anyone experienced any of the following issues while running an M-audio rev 7.1 with cakewalk 2.2?
1. No metronome volume
2. extremely loud snow coming through the input
3. Not being able to out put what's going in ie. you can't listen to what you play while recording but you can when you play it back.
Can anyone help?
