Adding audio outs in HS 2002

i'm running Cakewalk Home Studio 2002 on Windows XP with an Echo Gina 24 card. I can only get the audio to output on one stereo pair at a time. Previosly in HS 9 I wa able to assign each track to a different out. Surely this is some way to do this in 2002, but I feel like I have tried everything.
